The Quintero's: Summer 2010 (this is for you Aunt Rose!!)

We had Martin's 2 sisters, Frances (and her kids - Bella, Jayce and Aidan), Eloisa and family friend, Raquel with cousins Rita, hubby Victor and their 3 boys - Edgar, Abraham and Josh join us in Minnesota from July 24 - 30th. This time they were all willing to drive the 1,000 mile trip to see us instead of us usually driving down to see them! :) We had a great time although they didn't actually stay at our house very long. They wanted to be up at the Mall of America (who can blame them unless you live here in MN where we can go up there at any time), so we spent one day with them up there while everyone else was up there for 4 days/3 nights). On Friday, we met Rita and her family in Mankato to get in on the first day of Vikings training camp!! :)

We had a blast with everyone, and here are just a few pictures from the week! :)

We ate at the 5-8 Club in June when we went to the Cities for our Anniversary in June. We met my cousins, Curt, Jennie, Keith, Mary and daughter Megan there for a great supper and great conversation! :) We had never eaten there, but the restaurant has been on the show "Man vs Food", and we wanted to check it out, so Keith was the one who got us there.. And the burgers were delicious! :)

ahhhhhh ... Mary Tyler Moore... I've always wanted to see that statue and now I can say I have.. don't ask me what street its on or anything though, cuz I don't know!
